Refund & Cancellation

1. Subscriptions
Some premium features of Roxom may require a monthly or annual subscription.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled by the user.
2. Cancellation
The user may cancel their subscription from:

Cancellation prevents future charges but does not generate retroactive refunds.
3. Refund Policy
Roxom applies a NO REFUND policy, unless local law requires otherwise.
However, we may evaluate exceptional cases regarding:
- Persistent technical failures
- Duplicate charges
- Proven operational errors

4. Fraud or Unauthorized Use
We reserve the right to reverse charges in confirmed cases of fraud.
