Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

Participation in the Action is open worldwide to natural persons who hold an active X (Twitter) account and comply with these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the "T&Cs").

Duration

The Action is conducted weekly. Each weekly edition (an "Edition") runs from the date the Organizer publishes the announcement post on @RoxomTV until the expiration date explicitly indicated in that same post (the "Closing Time"). The Organizer may pause, reschedule, or discontinue future Editions at its sole discretion. Any active Edition will proceed in accordance with these T&Cs unless canceled as provided herein.

Participation

Participation and prize delivery are free of charge and not conditioned on purchasing any product or service. To participate in an Edition, a user must, during the applicable entry window:

1. Follow @RoxomTV on X (Twitter);
2. Like and Retweet the Announcement Post;
3. Reply to the Announcement Post by answering the query specified for that Edition (the "Action Query") as stated in the post; and
4. Tag at least one (1) friend in the reply.

Participation Validation: The Action is valid only through the Organizer's official X (Twitter) account @RoxomTV (the "Organizer's Account") and subject to the conditions above.

Prize

Disqualification

Any participant attempting to defraud, manipulate, or otherwise violate these T&Cs (including using bots, duplicate accounts, or inauthentic engagement) will be immediately disqualified and may be barred from future actions of the Organizer. The Organizer may disqualify any participant who, in its sole discretion, does not meet these T&Cs.

Modification and Cancellation Rights

The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions of the Action and inform participants accordingly. The Organizer may cancel, reschedule, modify, or terminate the Action or any of its editions at its sole discretion without prior notice if, for any reason, the Action cannot be conducted as planned, including but not limited to cybersecurity incidents, unavailability, or technical or functional failures affecting the social networks involved.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are effective as of the date of the first Edition and will continue to apply to subsequent Editions until the Action is discontinued. The Action and its Editions are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. Participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Cayman Islands, waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled, for any dispute regarding the interpretation or enforcement of the Action and these T&Cs.
